ecPayroll System, Special Situation means some kind of situation was happened that
may affecting employees’ attendance and allowance calculation, such as Typhoon,
rainstorm, serious traffic jam or accident, long holiday, or even public health
control.
Before
entering a particular “Special Situation” data into the system, the “Special
Situation Type” should be setup first. For each Special Situation Type, you may
give it a name, input the Late-In/Early-Out Allowance minute for attendance
calculation, select the allowance type for allowance (amount) calculation. Once
you have setup the types, you don’t need to repeat input the above settings for
every special situation case. Typical types as shown below:
Once the
Special Situation Types, Shift duty, as well as the payroll formula have been
setup, when the situation happened, admin user can simply input the fact data
of the situation, the attendance adjustment and compensation allowance will be
