Employee Record Course setting

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            Add New Employee

 

Steps

1.          Choose “Training Course

 

2.          Add a new training course

2.1Choose “New Training Course

 

2.2   Fill in information:

Fill in Course Title

Choose Course Type: You can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

Fill in remarks if needed

2.3 Press “Update Training Course

 

3.          Add a new lesson

3.1 Choose the training course and press “New Lesson

 

3.2.1 Fill in information:

Fill in date and time

Choose Place: you can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

Fill in Leader and fill in remark if needed

Choose Status: you can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

            3.2.2 Press Update Lesson

 

4.          Add a new Trainee

4.1   Choose lesson and press “Add Trainee

 

4.2   Fill in information:

Fill in Employee ID

Choose Sponsor Type: you can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

Choose Training Result: you can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

Fill in remarks if needed

 

        4.3   Press Update Trainee

               

 

4.4   To Add more Trainee, choose lesson and press “Add more Trainee

       

 

4.5   Press “Select employee” and use “Employee Filter” to choose Trainee

 

4.6   Fill in information:

Choose Sponsor Type: you can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

Choose Training Result: you can select the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

Fill in remarks if needed

 

4.7   Press OK

 

5.          Editing Training Course

5.1         Select the Training Course

5.2         You can follow 2.2

 

6.          Editing Lesson

6.1   Select the Lesson

6.2   You can follow 3.2

 

7.          Editing Trainee

7.1   Select the Trainee

7.2   You can follow 4.2

 

8.          Deleting Training Course

8.1   Select the Training Course you want to delete

8.2   Click the Delete Training Course icon

 

9.          Deleting Lesson

9.1   Select the Lesson you want to delete

9.2   Click the Delete Lesson icon

 

10.      Deleting Trainee

10.1Select the Trainee you want to delete

10.2Click the Delete Trainee icon
