Add New Payroll Record

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            Employee Record - Basic Salary

l            Employee Record - Salary Profile

l            Create Payroll Profile

 

Steps

1.        Starting Payroll Management

 

2.        Click Salary Record in the Payroll maintenance, then Select New icon.

 

3.          Type in the Salary Date.

 

4.          Type in the Salary Period.This date means the payroll date range.

 

5.          Type in Employee ID to select the salary pay to employee

 

6.          Select the reference.Unless you want re-select the salary profile, if not the system have already accorded your setting to select the salary profile. You need not select yourself.

 

7.          According to all item settings, the payroll items have been already displayed automatically. And all relevant variables also follow the salary period to calculate it. Finally, the total salary will be displayed.

 

8.          If you need to modify the value which is calculated, you can double click the item you want to modify.

 

9.          When all settings are correct, you should click Update  to save.

 

10.      You can follow the instruction shown in the section 2 to add more payroll record.
