Employee RecordSalary Profile

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            Add New Employee

 

Steps

1.          Main Select Employee

2.          Go to Employee Record”→ select Salary setup”→ Current Salary Profile”→ Edit

3.          It will be displayed the employees salary profile

4.          Click new icon to add one more Salary Profile or select one record to modify.

5.          Type in the effective date range. If it is the first time setup the salary profile for the employee, the effective starting date is the joining date. If there are no effective end dates, please select No end date.

 

6.          Select Salary Profile. If you want to Add/Delete the salary profile, please see Create Payroll Profile. You select Last Salary Record. If there is effective date range, it will calculate in the salary. The salary item is as same as the last salary record.

7.          Click icon to save
