Device Function Remote Restart

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l   Setup New Device

 

 

Normally, the device is not necessary to restart (or reboot) regularly. However, many reasons may cause the device not working well. Sometimes simply reboot the device may solve the problem. Instead of turn it off and on physically, it can also be restarted remotely through the software. Please see the steps below:

 

 

Steps

1.          Click the [Device Management] button from the main screen toolbar.

 

 

2.          Select 1 or more device(s) that are required to reboot. Please note that only below device models TA206 / TA208 / TA205 / TA215 / F702 / FP18 / FP160 / FFC700 are supported at this moment..

 

3.          Click the button [Restart device(s)] to run the reboot process. The selected devices will be reboot one by one. Please be patient and wait until all reboot process completed.
