Define Payroll Variables

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

You can define several Payroll Variables in the program. Then you can only change the figure to get the result.

Steps

1 Starting Payroll Management

2 Click the Custom Variable Setup icon on the toolbar

3 It will be displayed the Custom Variable Setup screen

4 Click New to add Variable or edit Variable

5 Type in the Variable Name, Value and Remark

6 Click the Enable. If the Variable not be used, you can close it.

7 Click Update to save the change

8 You can follow the instruction shown in the section 4 to add more variables.

9 If you want to delete the variable, please select the variable first

10 Then click Delete icon

11 Click Yes to confirm. If the variable still in the program, you cannot delete it.

12 Click Close icon to leave
