Employee Record ¡V Skills

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            Add New Employee

 

Steps

1.          Type in Employee info.

 

2.          Adding Current Skill Rank

2.1      Click the New icon on the Skills toolbar

2.2      Type in relevant information

When you type in ¡§Move to¡¨, you can select from the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first¡C

2.3      Click the Update icon on the Current Skill Rank toolbar to save

 

3.          Editing Current Skill Rank

3.1      Select the Skills you want to edit

3.2      You can follow the instruction shown in the pervious section

 

4.          Deleting Current Skill Rank

4.1      Select the Skills you want to delete

4.2      Click the Delete icon on the Current Skill Rank toolbar

 

5.          Adding Special Skill

5.1   Click the New icon on the Special Skill toolbar

5.2   Type in relevant information

When you type in ¡§Skill Name¡¨, you can select from the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

When you type in ¡§Level¡¨, you can select from the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can setup in Item Setup first.

5.3   Click the Update icon on the Special Skill toolbar to save

 

6.          Editing Special Skill

6.1      Select the Skill you want to edit

6.2      You can follow the instruction shown in the pervious section

 

7.          Deleting Special Skill

7.1         Select the Skill you want to delete

7.2         Click Delete icon on the Special Skill toolbar
