The purpose
of this function, is to record employee’s appraisal record. Operation steps as
below:
1.
Go to “Employee Record” and select “Appraisal”

2. Click the [New] button to create an appraisal record

Enter
the details of the appraisal record, including

4. Enter the performance rating by double clicking the appraisal item. Each appraisal item can store employee’s rating & supervisor’s rating.

5. The system will auto calculate the appraisal item score, in some special case, user may edit the item score manually

6. Enter the “Comments / Examples” if needed

7. Click the [Next] button to move to the next appraisal item, then repeat steps 4-6 until all items completed

8. Enter the custom defined data field of the appraisal record
