Department Setup

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            None

 

Steps

1          Select Department Setup in Setup menu or click Department Setup icon on toolbar.

 

 

2          Setting Screen

 

3          Adding Department

3.1       Right click company node and click New Department or click New Icon  on toolbar when you have selected a department node

3.2       Fill in details for that department

-        Parent DepartmentEnter the department name

-        Sub DepartmentIf that department is another departments sub department please open Sub Department”,then select the suitable department

-        RemarksEnter remarks 

3.3         For Retail Web Module, please fill in the requirement information :

-        Select  “Default Roster Setting for Web Retail Module”

-        Select Default Branch : To add an new Branch, please refer Branch Setup

-        Select Default Duty Type : To add an new Duty Type, please refer Item Setup

-        Select Available Duty for Retail Web : To add an new Duty, please refer Day Duty Setup

 

3.4         Click Update icon  on the toolbar to save the record.

 

4      Deleting Department

4.1   Select Department

4.2   Click Delete icon  on the toolbar to save the record

4.3   Click Yes to confirm

 

You can also right click a department node and select appropriate item to create, delete or modify a department

 

5        Adding Department

5.1 You can also click the shortcut button on the upper left panel of the main screen to create a department quickly.

5.2   New department will show on the left panel of the main screen

 

6      Deleting Department

6.1   Main ScreenSelect departmentDelete department
