“Custom Field” is
a user defined field, if you have some employee information want to store to ecTA / ecPayroll system but cannot find a suitable field to
store them, you may use the “Custom Field” function, see below instruction
Steps
1.
Click
the [Custom Field Setup] button from
the setup menu
2.
The system provided 10 custom text fields and 2
custom memo fields. Select the field then define the name of the field
3.
Click
the [Update] button to save the changes
4.
Done,
repeat steps 2 – 3, to define more custom field name.
