Steps
1.
The basic lunch procedures
include 『1.上餐可用餐名單』,『2.開啓拍卡用餐』,『3.暫停拍卡用餐』,『4.下載已用餐記錄』. Press
“Begin Execute” when setup finished
and the system will process automatically
If you want to execute procedure manually, choose that procedure and right click to choose 『立即執行』
***No limitation in manually execute procedures, however, we suggest that follow the basic lunch procedure***
2. When all the lunch procedures executed, staff will be stopped by『重置所有員工停餐』 and please prepare to import a new『canava.csv』
If staff can not have their lunch, please check the following items:
1. Check whether『canava.csv』store the employee information
2. Check whether『可用餐名單』store the employee information
3. Check whether『黑名單』store the employee information(If so, the employee can not have lunch)
