How to Set Duty Holiday with Regular Pattern

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            Already setup duty

l            Already add employee

l            Already setup duty group

 

Steps

1.          Choose the duty group, right click and choose “Timetable

 

Or choose the staff, right click and choose “Open Timetable

 

 

2.          Right click and choose “Duty Arrangement Setup


 

3.          Press “+” to add a new rule

(Duty Group version)

 

(Individual staff version)

 

 

4.          Use “Effective Date”, “Priority”, “Repeat per week” to set holiday

 

Example 1: long week repeat 3 times and short week repeat 1 time
