Reset Attendance Approval Level

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            None

 

An approved attendance record(s) cannot be modified by front-end (Retail Web Module) user. Only back-end user can reset the approval level by commander function. After using this function, the approval level of attendance record will reset to unapproved status

 

Steps

1.            Press [Commander] on main screen toolbar

 

2.            Click [Reset Attendance Approval Level] under [Other Commands]

 

3.            Input date range to be reset

 

4.            Click [EE Filter] to select employee to reset

 

5.            Press [Execute] to run

 

6.            Enter [Execute] on the textbox & click [OK] to confirm
