This topic will walk
you through how to add a new user template on top of the current user template
list in software database. When you want to assign a new card no / password for
a new joined employee, you may need to use this function to add a new user
template, then restore the updated user template list to corresponding Time
Clock Device(s) by restore template to device function.
A company which has
more than one Time Clock Device be recommend to use this function instead of
adding a new user template on the Time Clock Device directly.
Steps
1.
View
the User Template List by following the instruction of View User
Template List stored in software
2.
Click the [ Add
User ] button from the toolbar
3.
Enter below information at the bottom of the
setting screen:

Compulsory field. to assign unique ID number to
represent a corresponding user registered in the Time Clock Device |

If the corresponding user may clock IN/OUT with
using proximity card (or MIFARE card), enter the card serial number here P.S: The card serial number should be
provided by your vendor, or it may be printed on the card. |

If the corresponding user may clock IN/OUT
with using password to clock IN/OUT on the Time Clock Device, enter the
password here |

Admin |
Compulsory field. If the corresponding user
is admin user (Granted right to access the setting menu of the Time Clock
Device), select the checkbox here |

4.
Click the [ Update ] button to save the user template. After all, you
will able to check the result on the user template list.
