Employee Record – Canteen

Make sure you have completed following session(s)

l            Add New Employee

 

Steps

1.          Go to “Employee Record” and select “Canteen

 

2.          Add a new “Canteen Record

2.1      Press Edit

 

2.2   Press “New

2.3   Fill in information

Fill in “Effective date

Select 用餐級別: You can select from the list directly, if there are no appropriate choice, you can edit in Item Setup.

2.4   Press Update

 

3.          Editing Canteen

3.1      Select the Canteen Record

3.2      You can follow the instruction shown in the pervious section

 

4.          Deleting Canteen

4.1      Select the Canteen Record you want to delete

4.2      Click the delete icon
