Steps

1          Press “Web (Retail) Setup

 

2          Screen display

 

3          Add a new user

3.1         Press Add user

 

3.2         Fill in information

Fill in “User Name” and “Password

Fill in the corresponding information in Reminder

 

3.3         In Access Right Control screen

Approval Level” can choose

 

Staff List” and “Timesheet” can choose

 

Other access control can choose

 

3.4   In Department screen

       

 

3.4.1 Press Edit then choose all companies department or selected departments ONLY

 

3.4.2 Press OK

 

        3.5   Press “OK” to finish setting

 

4.     Editing Login User

4.1      Choose the user

4.2      Press “Edit user

4.3   Repeat the previous steps

 

 

5          Deleting Login User

5.1         Select the Login User you want to delete

5.2         Press “Delete user

5.3         Press “Y” to confirm
